Game Grumps Animated - Scientific "D"iscussion (Roche Limit) Game Grumps Animated - Scientific "D"iscussion (Roche Limit)

I love how you compensate no mouths by making over exaggerated facial expressions and overly eccentric movements. The colors and backgrounds are absolutely insane and pretty on their own! Also that was clever use of the environment when trying to provide visuals for Aarons babbling lol. Overall I was really impressed by the sheer effort thrown in for a game grumps animated. Keep at it! :D
11/10 for best Jon poot!

Well, the last one I did had lip syncing, and I really wasn't a fan of the style. I felt like it ultimately took away from the overall feel of the cartoon because when the focus is on them talking with their mouths, I don't have much room to make them emote otherwise, without visually over-complicating things. By simplifying things like having no mouths, I really have to work hard to make them visually portray what they are trying to say, using their bodies, eyes, and other things. I think the result of having to work to compensate for no mouths really makes a huge difference in the final product.

As for the environment, yeah, I'm really happy with how that portion turned out. I'd always only worked with mostly static backgrounds before, so I wanted to really step it up. Fortunately, other than the foreground stuff, everything else was able to be manipulated with Sony Vegas later on in the process, so all the background movement and bubbles and other environmental effects you're seeing are a result of having a lot more freedom later on in the process and not being confined to the more cramping Flash way of doing things.

Thanks though, glad you enjoyed it! :D

I thoroughly enjoyed the exaggeration of the dialogue being brought to life. Comes to show some battles could just be as ridiculous as you imagine them to be!

Mario vs Sonic: The Sprite Fight Mario vs Sonic: The Sprite Fight

A fun little action packed game! Could have thrown a little more into it. Not many features that allow for counter attacks (possible arial downward strike?), but rather just evading until there's an opening where he's not attempting to bombard your with attacks. The backgrounds and menu's were a little sloppy considering all the resources you could have potentially used. I will say though that I got a kick out of the shaky camera with each attack! You really made an old school flash game pop-out, I'll give ya that! Better than I had anticipated. I dig it.

Thanks for playing it. You should check out Combat Tournament, that was one of my inspiraion.

Grids Grids

This game was very well thought out with new experiences on every level each of them challenging in their own right! A quick simple tutorial with little to no guidance needed when new threats and platforms emerge providing opportunities for the player to take on the level using new methods. A fun puzzle game with an adorable knight that doesn't quite need a backstory. (Although it wouldn't hurt!) I beat this game with a buddy in a library so I think it's safe to say that you could have a good time taking a crack at it with friends! Well made lad! Keep em coming!

I can appreciate this game more than Flappy Bird to be honest for the fact that the hitbox isn't nearly as insane and I can actually get a decent amount of points which is more rewarding! I don't even like these types of games, but I played quite a few rounds. The characters had style and the soundtrack was catchy. I even clicked to the groove once in a while! The only thing that threw me a bit from the start was lack of labels on the opening menu select. All in all not bad man! It's a fun little way to pass the time and I can tell you put some effort in. Nice work. Keep at it bro!

I really dig your touch on the facial features! I know you normally shouldn't change hairstyles in DBZ, but you make it look flowy while at the same time looking signature! It looks more realistic, but not to the point where it's strange. I like it!
